Extra Brut Premier Cru

Pinot Noir is dominant, with a complement of Chardonnay that brings freshness to the blend. The high percentage of reserve wines (30 to 40%), aged in barrels, confers a high regularity and style to this Brut Platine. Only "Grand" and premier crus are used in this wine, with origins in the Montagne de Reims, on vineyards managed by us.

Brut Millésimé Premier Cru

A single-vintage Champagne made exclusively with first-press juice. Vinification and maturing is carried out in vats and in oak for wines chosen on the basis of their initial quality. A very delicate wine with evolving notes (brioche bread, fruit, hazelnuts, etc.). Subtle, exquisitely delicate balance on the palate with a glorious lingering finish. Ideal before or with a meal.

Montchenot 1er cru

This cuvée comes only from the village of Villers Allerand, precisely from the hamlet of the village of Montchenot (my mother's village). Montchenot has the particularity of being the junction village between the small mountain and the large mountain, and shares the geology of the two regions (sand, clay and chalk).
